As the Director of Peopable Management Services Private Limited (PMSPL), he leads strategic talent acquisition initiatives, helping organizations find the right candidates while ensuring quality and efficiency. His experience spans across government projects, public sector hiring, and collaborations with international agencies, making him a trusted leader in the field of recruitment and career guidance.
Before establishing PMSPL, Anish played a key role as a Senior Manager - HR Operations at a reputed organization, where he managed large-scale recruitment projects. His leadership was instrumental in handling recruitments for the National Health Mission in Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. His work extended to managing outsourcing projects for esteemed organizations such as UN Agency, International Non Profits Organization reinforcing his expertise in workforce management and HR operations.
Anish holds an MBA with a specialization in Human Resource and Marketing from IIPM, complementing his strong foundation in business administration from The NIS Academy. His academic background, combined with years of hands-on experience, has equipped him with a deep understanding of talent management, employee engagement, and workforce planning, particularly in sectors that require a nuanced approach to hiring and retention.
In 2019, Anish took a bold step toward entrepreneurship by founding Peopable Management Services, a firm dedicated to recruitment consulting and career guidance. His passion for career counselling stems from a desire to help individuals navigate the complexities of the job market and achieve their professional aspirations. Through personalized guidance, he ensures that job seekers find career paths aligned with their skills, interests, and long-term goals.
Anjali Saini
Anjali is an accomplished MBA graduate from Swami Vivekanand Subhrati University, bringing over eight years of extensive experience in recruitment and management of outsourced staff, particularly within the context across Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Odisha. During her tenure at her previous organization she took on the significant role of Single Point of Contact for approximately 450 staff members, demonstrating her exceptional capability to effectively manage and address various grievances, thereby ensuring smooth operations and high employee satisfaction.
Her subsequent role as an HR Consultant with one of the Leading NGO allowed Anjali to further refine her recruitment skills. In this capacity, she successfully filled numerous niche positions at Senior to Junior levels of requirements, showcasing her proficiency in identifying and securing talent across various organizational tiers, which is essential in meeting organizational needs.
As the Associate Director of Peopable Management Services Private Limited (PMSPL), she leads the Recruitment Team, helping organizations find the right candidates while ensuring quality and efficiency. Anita is a BA Graduate from Delhi University who is currently pursuing her MSW. She is a dedicated HR Recruiter, recognized for her efficiency and results-oriented approach. With strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities, Anita excels at connecting with people and understanding their needs. Her expertise lies in recruiting for clients in the Development/Social and IT sectors, where she has successfully filled several niche positions.
