Core Team

Anish V Varghese

Anish is MBA in Human Resource and Marketing from IIPM and has unmatched experience in managing diverse Recruitment and HR Outsourcing assignments for wide range of Social Sector Clients including a majority of recruitment in public health professional.

He has overall 14 years of experience in supervising Human Resource projects for various Government, UN and Public Sector clients. Good experience in interview coordination, documentation and quality management in all the assignments.

Anish worked with one of the leading HR Management in Development Sector. He has successfully managed recruitment assignment with UN Agencies, MoHFW, PSI, PHFI, Care India and many other public recruitment assignments. He has also given supervisory oversight to National Health Mission Recruitments undertaken by the company in Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand etc.

Besides, Anish has managed the Government and PSU sector clients through continuous CRM, Feedback and Developing internal team skills for Client’s Requirement. He was Responsible for client interaction for assignment delivery, quality, client feedback and implementation of suggestions and regular feedback and reporting.

Rati Porwal

Rati is MBA from Dev Bhoomi Institute of Technology, Dehradun in Human Resource and Marketing. She has overall 9 years of experience in managing Recruitment Assignment in Development Sector and IT Sector in India.

Apart from Human Resource Activities, she has a special talent of Art and Craft with waste materials, painting in sarees and many more. Her arts are displayed through instagram channel @100rang2023.

Soni Kumari

Soni Kumari is Post-Graduation in Certificate Management in HRD from AIMA, New Delhi. She has experience of more than 7 years in Recruitment Services in diversified sectors in India. .

She has also handled some of the grievance of Third Party Payroll consultant.

Vandana Khetwal

Vandana is BA Graduate Arts from Indira Gandhi University. She has more than 10 years of experience administraion / Documentation.

Previously she has managed Front Desk and Administation of PSI (Population Services International). She has also good understanding of Recruitment Services of Development Sector.

She is the core member of our Jobs4ngo Team and manages the jobs in our website.

Anita

Anita is BA Graduate from Delhi University. She is an efficient and result oriented HR recruiter, smart interpersonal skills, good communication, connecting with people easily. As a recruiter, she is working for Development Sector and IT Sector.

She is also associated with SEVA BHARTI (NGO) empowers rural women and work for children education. She was also part of Anudip Foundation as a Process Coordinator.
